Development Engineer

Role Summary

Looking for a Development Engineer with Performance Testing (PT) knowledge, having strong coding, debugging, and scripting skills. The candidate should have experience in development along with exposure to performance testing tools and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain application code in any programming language (Java / Python / .NET etc.)
• Involved in performance testing activities – test execution, analysis, and reporting
• Write and maintain scripts for performance testing tools (JMeter preferred)
• Perform code debugging, optimization, and issue resolution
• Analyze performance bottlenecks and support fixes
• Work closely with testing and DevOps teams for performance improvements

Required Skills

• Strong development experience in any programming language
• Hands-on coding, scripting, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Performance Testing (PT) concepts
• Experience with tools like JMeter / LoadRunner / Gatling (anyone)
• Understanding of application performance, API testing, and system behavior

Experience

• 3 to 5 years
• Development background is mandatory with PT exposure
