Development Associate

The Development Associate will play a pivotal role in building and strengthening relationships between the palliative care center and its ecosystem partners, including hospitals, healthcare centers, educational institutions, and the local community. This individual will focus on creating awareness, mobilizing resources, and building partnerships to ensure the center's success and sustainability.

Partnerships & Ecosystem Engagement:

• Establish and nurture relationships with hospitals, doctors, healthcare centers, educational institutions, and community organizations to generate referrals and collaborative opportunities.
• Serve as the primary liaison for community stakeholders to foster trust and buy-in for the center's initiatives.

Awareness & Community Engagement:

• Create awareness campaigns to educate the local community about the services offered by the centre.
• Build and manage a network of volunteers to support centre activities and outreach programs.
• Organize events, workshops, and information sessions in collaboration with the administrative team to promote the centre's mission.

Fundraising & Resource Mobilization:

• Identify and engage potential donors, both individual and institutional.
• Collaborate with the branding and marketing team to develop materials for fundraising and awareness campaigns.

Referral Generation & Patient Outreach:

• Develop and execute strategies to attract patient referrals from ecosystem partners.
• Maintain active communication with referring partners to ensure seamless patient on boarding.

Brand Building & Communications:

• Work closely with the branding and marketing team to enhance the centre's visibility and reputation.
• Contribute to creating testimonials, keeping the website and any social medial platforms updated.

Event Hosting & Coordination:

• Assist in planning and executing events, conferences, and community drives in collaboration with the administrative team.
