Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scripts on the ServiceNow platform for various ITSM processes
• Work on front-end and back-end development using JavaScript, HTML, Bootstrap, and Angular
• Integrate and customize workflows and modules within ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms like HPSM
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing scripts and code for efficiency and scalability
• Maintain documentation of developed scripts, workflows, and technical configurations
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and ITSM processes
