Developer

There is a Analyst position in the Automation COE team which focuses on automation and analytics development

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate hands-on experience with Python or Alteryx and work independently on assignments given.
• Production Support for current automation inventory as a member of the team
• Understanding of Business Process Automation.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, functional architecture strategies, and departmental standards
• Inclined to pick up new technology skills in automation space or generative AI space.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Turn around requirements in a quick and timely fashion and be comfortable with the fast paced and evolving tech ecosystem.
• Knowledge of Power BI, RPA and VBA will be plus.

Technical

• 3-6 years total experience in Automation and analytics in general
• Experience in working Analytics with Alteryx/Python and
• Leverage strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Use Python/Alteryx for data analysis
• knowledge of Excel/Macro or RPA(UIPath) and will be added advantage.

• Other programming experience
• Financial services industry experience
• Ability to prepare accurate reports for all levels of staff in a language and tone appropriate to the audience.
