Job Description:

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
• Resolve user issues via ticketing tools within SLA
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and basic network troubleshooting

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking
• Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting
• Familiarity with ticketing systems
• Good communication skills

• Experienced candidates
• Prior experience in desktop or technical support preferred
