Job Description
Ghrs Training is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide essential technical assistance in an international voice environment. If you're a graduate with experience in technical support, strong communication skills, and expertise in a range of IT tools, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for end-users on various IT issues.
- Serve as the first point of contact for support requests, managing inquiries via an international voice process.
- Utilize and manage ticketing tools like ServiceNow and Zendesk to track, prioritize, and resolve user issues.
- Administer and troubleshoot user accounts and permissions within Active Directory (AD).
- Assist users with Office 365 applications, Outlook configurations, and VPN connectivity issues.
- Resolve issues related to BitLocker encryption and other security features.
- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical problems.
About You:
- You are a Graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Technical Support (International Voice).
- You possess strong skills in Service Desk operations.
- You have hands-on experience with troubleshooting a variety of technical problems.
- You are proficient with ServiceNow, Active Directory (AD), VPN, Zendesk, Office 365, Outlook, and BitLocker.
- You have experience with various ticketing tools.
- You have excellent verbal communication skills in English and a customer-centric approach.
