Job Description
- Perform first-level diagnostics and basic troubleshooting for Windows, Linux, and networking equipment.
- Monitor the operational status of systems through dashboards and alerting tools.
- Log incidents and provide detailed reports to L2 Engineers and IT supervisors.
- Replace hardware components such as sensors, power supplies, or cables as per SOPs.
- Coordinate with airport personnel and passengers during system disruptions.
- Escalate unresolved or critical issues to L2 Engineers or OEMs.
- Provide shift-end handovers and contribute to daily activity logs.
- Follow all safety and security protocols within the airport environment.
- Report issues at regular intervals via Excel/Word.
- Perform hardware maintenance.
- Maintain a site report log book.
