Desktop / EUC Lead

Description

We are looking for an experienced Desktop / EUC Lead to manage desktop support operations in India. In this position, you will lead a team of support technicians, drive high-quality service delivery, and introduce effective desktop management practices to ensure consistent end-user experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Desktop Support and End User Computing (EUC) team.
• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of desktop systems and software.
• Ensure desktop environments deliver optimal performance and remain available for all users.
• Create and implement support processes that enhance service delivery.
• Work with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Provide coaching, training, and support to team members on best practices and emerging technologies.
• Track, monitor, and report on service metrics and user satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in Desktop Support or End User Computing roles.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
• Familiarity with remote support tools and supporting techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Rotational Shifts 24x7 & Rotational Week Offs (Based on Business Requirements)
• 6 Days working in a week
