Job Description
- Educational Qualification: Candidate should be B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 12 to 15 years of experience in design engineering or related field.
- Team Management: Should be able to lead and manage a team of 5 to 6 design engineers.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Design Oversight: Oversee design projects, ensure technical accuracy, and maintain quality standards.
