Deputy Unit Manager

Key Deliverables:

1. Implement and follow all food & beverage SOPs, ensuring food safety and quality.
2. Achieve financial targets, control costs, and manage petty cash expenses.
3. Plan and execute marketing activities for new product launches and increasing orders.
4. Train and develop team members, ensuring brand SOP compliance and growth opportunities.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Monitor food ratings, minimize dispatch errors, and ensure proper food testing and quality control.
2. Control food cost, manage inventory, and ensure daily reports are aligned with brand SOPs.
3. Conduct employee engagement activities and one-on-ones with team members.
4. Ensure compliance with financial processes, including GRN, utility payments, and monthly MIS.
