Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Assist in developing and implementing corporate strategies that align with business goals and market trends.
- Support strategic initiatives across business units, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.
- Transformation & Change Management:
- Lead and support business transformation projects, focusing on process improvement, digital transformation, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement change management strategies and ensure smooth transitions.
- Identify areas for innovation and continuous improvement to drive business growth and performance.
- Project Management:
- Manage strategic projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.
- Develop project plans, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze business performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- Support decision-making with data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with senior management, business leaders, and external stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate strategic objectives and progress effectively.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) or strategy (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) are a plus.
- Experience:
- 5–8 years of experience in strategy, business transformation, or consulting roles, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of managing strategic projects, driving transformation initiatives, and supporting business growth.
- Experience in process improvement, data analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, business intelligence platforms, and project management software.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
