Deputy Manager - AI Predictive OCF

• Support the Global Digital Planning team within PepsiCo as part of the AI Predictive pillar.
• Contribute to predictive OCF (Operating Cash Flow) initiatives by applying analytical, financial, and AI-driven insights.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to enable data-backed decision-making for financial planning and operational forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed business analysis to support predictive OCF modeling and insights.
• Develop and manage dashboards, including Cockpit and Mosaic, to visualize financial and operational performance.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights that enhance planning efficiency and accuracy.
• Support AI-driven forecasting methodologies within the digital planning ecosystem.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and alignment across financial models and dashboards.
• Partner with planning teams to incorporate predictive outputs into FP&A processes.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in finance, FP&A, analytics, or related domains.
• Strong understanding of financial planning concepts, forecasting, and OCF drivers.
• Exposure to digital planning tools or AI/ML-based forecasting environments is an advantage.
• Ability to handle large datasets and interpret financial performance indicators.
• Proven capability to support technology-enabled planning solutions.
