Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day activities and overall operations of the franchise location
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by the Branch Manager
- Ensure Pre-Counseling Preparedness (PCP) to deliver consistent service quality
- Maintain professional grooming standards as outlined in the SOP manual
- Follow all enquiry management and booking processes as per company SOP
- Handle customer enquiries through multiple channels – walk-ins, phone calls, emails, city PSAs, and travel agents
- Provide customers with accurate product information, pricing, and support for informed decision-making
- Build and maintain strong relationships with city PSAs and travel agents for continued business generation
- Ensure query turnaround time is met according to SOP standards
- Conduct telesales follow-ups to drive sales closures and bookings
- Coordinate with the service/delivery team to ensure a seamless post-sale process
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction levels at a minimum of 95% throughout the customer journey
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and systems
Candidate Profile:

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and follow up efficiently
- Proactive attitude and results-driven mindset
- Familiarity with SOP-based operations and structured reporting
