Deputy General Manager

The Deputy General Manager – MC DMS will oversee and drive end-to-end collections operations across the assigned state. This role includes leading collections teams (ACMs and COs), managing collection agencies, enhancing recovery performance, reducing loan delinquency, and ensuring the achievement of collection targets.

The selected candidate will implement collection strategies, monitor field operations, control collection costs, manage customer escalations, and coordinate with internal departments including Legal, Sales, and Regional Management.
