Role & responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Assist the Director in developing and implementing organizational strategies and long-term plans
• Translate strategic goals into operational plans and measurable outcomes
• Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements

Operations & Management

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and quality standards
• Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment and collaboration
• Support policy development and ensure organizational procedures are followed

Team Leadership

• Supervise managers or department heads as assigned
• Support recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and professional development
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture

Program & Project Oversight

• Manage or oversee key programs, initiatives, or projects
• Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions when needed

Financial & Resource Management

• Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation
• Monitor expenditures and ensure responsible use of funds
• Support grant management, fundraising, or revenue-generating activities (if applicable)

External Relations

• Represent the organization in meetings, partnerships, or public engagements as delegated
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and governing bodies
