Must Have -

• End-to-end ITIS delivery management across service lifecycle (Design, Transition, Operations, Continual Improvement)
• Strong expertise in IT Infrastructure domains: Cloud, Network, End-User Computing, Data Center, and Service Desk
• ITIL v4 / ITSM framework implementation and governance (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB)
• SLA/OLA management, service performance reporting, and operational KPI ownership
• P&L ownership, revenue accountability, and financial management of ITIS engagements
• Resource management, pyramid management, and onboarding execution
• Risk & issue management, escalation handling, and business continuity planning
• Vendor & OEM management within complex multi-tower delivery environments

Good to have -

• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Experience with cloud transformation programs (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Hands-on experience with large infrastructure program and project management
• Certifications: ITIL Expert, PMP, or equivalent
• Analytical mindset and strong business acumen

Expectations from the role -

A strong ITIS Delivery Leader should be able to produce/own the following outputs:

• Service Delivery Plan + detailed IT Operations Governance Framework
• BCP + infrastructure risk/mitigation and disaster recovery plan
• Acceptance criteria + service acceptance tests/reports/sign-offs
• Service transition plan + cutover strategy + go-live readiness
• Steady-state operations plan + SLA/OLA framework + handover documentation
• Weekly governance pack (RAID, KPIs, SLA performance, incident trends)
• Stakeholder communication plan and executive service review decks
• Financial tracking, forecasting, cost optimization, and P&L reporting
