• Complete training on relevant Textile Exchange Standard(s) and demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the material.
• Apply demonstrated knowledge of certification body procedures during audits.
• Understand general production methods and processes relevant to the organizations being audited.
• Recognize key goals and critical issues addressed by the Textile Exchange Standard.
• Identify sector- and country-specific risks and issues relevant to the audited organizations.
• Prepare clear, accurate, and comprehensive written audit reports that effectively communicate audit findings in relation to the Standard and other applicable requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Standard and all associated documents, interpretations, and guidance materials.

Additional Skills & Competencies:

• Proficient in operating analytical tools relevant to the audit and certification process.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Exhibits professional behavior and maintains high ethical standards during audits and client interactions.
