Datastage Developer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL jobs using IBM DataStage
• Work with Unix/Linux environments for job scheduling and scripting support
• Develop and optimize data integration workflows and pipelines
• Work with relational databases (RDBMS) for data extraction and transformation
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand data requirements
• Ensure data quality, performance, and reliability of ETL processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve ETL job failures and performance issues
• Support production deployments and job monitoring
• Follow best practices in data warehousing and ETL development
