Role Summary

We are hiring a proficient Data Engineer with experience in Snowflake, Azure, and QNXT to design, build, and enhance scalable healthcare data platforms and analytics capabilities. The successful candidate will deliver end-to-end data pipelines, integrate healthcare data sourced from QNXT, and support reporting, analytics, and day-to-day operational insights using modern cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines across Azure and Snowflake.
• Ingest, transform, and integrate healthcare and claims data from QNXT and associated source systems.
• Create and improve ETL/ELT workflows to support large-scale data processing.
• Develop and maintain Snowflake data models, schemas, and data marts.
• Maintain data quality, governance, security, and compliance throughout the full data lifecycle.
• Partner with business, analytics, and reporting teams to provide reliable datasets and actionable insights.
• Handle performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting for data platforms and pipelines.
• Set up data validation, reconciliation, and automation processes.
  
  

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Data Engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Snowflake
• SQL and Data Modelling
• Python or Spark
• ETL/ELT Development
• Experience working with QNXT healthcare platforms, claims, eligibility, provider, and membership data.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD, version control, and agile development methodologies.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare domain experience, especially in Payer or Managed Care environments.
• Experience with data orchestration tools such as Airflow or AWS-native services.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare data compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI platforms.
