The Data Specialist is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of data pipelines, applying practical operational experience to identify, assess, and resolve runtime incidents.

Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Data Specialist, your focus is on enabling Data Managed Services through operational delivery. The Data Specialist is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of data pipelines, applying practical operational experience to identify, assess, and resolve runtime incidents.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
- Data Pipeline Monitoring: Conducting structured monitoring of data pipelines to maintain stability and performance.
- Troubleshooting Issues: Identifying and resolving runtime issues in production settings using controlled remediation methods.
- Operational Maintenance: Supporting continuous operational reliability and availability of the data ecosystem, working alongside Data Engineers in their responsibilities.
Master's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Data Pipeline Knowledge: Familiarity with data pipelines, including their stability, performance, and reliability, enabling structured monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Operational Awareness: Experience working with modern data platforms and cloud ecosystems to diagnose and resolve runtime issues.
- Troubleshooting Skills: Capability to execute controlled remediation in production environments to resolve issues.
- Data Ecosystem Maintenance: Exposure to supporting operational continuity and reliability of data ecosystems, in collaboration with data engineers.
- Runtime Issue Resolution: Experience diagnosing and resolving runtime issues without needing advanced engineering ownership.
- Advanced Data Platforms: Exposure to modern data platforms and cloud ecosystems for diagnosing and resolving runtime issues.
- Cloud Ecosystem Knowledge: Experience working with cloud ecosystems to sustain operational continuity and reliability of data ecosystems.
- Runtime Troubleshooting: Ability to carry out controlled remediation within production environments to address runtime issues.
