Data Scientist Demand Forecasting

 Responsibilities:

• Develop demand forecasting models for Omni-channel Supply Chain by integrating data inputs from marketing, category, operations, historical sales, product display pages (PDP), online searches, offline store traffic, etc.
• Generate demand signals for retail and online channels and enhance accuracy through iterative simulations
• Design and maintain data pipelines to track and process real-time sales and demand patterns
• Create and monitor forecasting metrics (e.g., MAPE), and build automated dashboards for tracking model performance and forecasting efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide analytical insights on business growth, focus areas, and strategies to improve Average Bill Value (ABV)
• Analyze customer data to identify high-value customers, understand their buying behavior, and support the creation of strategies for customer retention and conversion
