Data Researcher

Key Responsibilities :

• Collecting and recording shareholder information for companies trading on the London Stock Exchange.
• Gathering information from multiple data sources.
• Validating the collected information to determine its accuracy.
• Researching unclear and conflicting information to reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensuring recorded data is accurate and verified.
• Maintaining and improving the quality of the data.
• Working within a team and individually to meet weekly deadlines.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications :

• Basic knowledge of the financial world, familiarity with financial terms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Fluent English.
• Focus on delivering quality work in a timely manner.
• Ability to work independently, to verify information and make intelligent, justified decisions confidently.
• Ability to question existing data and correct it as necessary.
