Data Measurement & Reporting Advisor

• Develop Tableau views with a variety of data sources to help our partners visualize their information and identify any areas of opportunities.
• Complete process of requirements, analysis, design, build and testing of the dashboards.
• Comply and maintain the best practices, adhere to the standard processes and continuous improvements.
• Collaborate & Partner with other Tech Metrics & Reporting team members as we'll as our partners outside of the core team.
• Provide ad-hoc data analysis to support leadership decisions.
• Continuous focus on process optimization and automation, as we'll as documentation.
• Socialize & demonstrate scorecards and improvement findings with various partners including management and leadership teams
• Create and maintain necessary documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues and production support on existing dashboards.
• Maintain awareness of industry best practices and evaluate their application to the work .

Qualifications

Required Skills :

• Ideal candidate must have a broad and deep understanding of the technologies in this field, including but not limited to Tableau, SQL Server, Data Analysis, MS -O ffice suite .
• Proven skills to build interactive and user-friendly Tableau dashboards.
• Proven e xperience with data analytics , troubleshooting and investigations.
• Advanced skills in Excel to validate and structure data when data.
• Ability to write complex data queries (Tableau/SQL Server) and utilize database in most efficient ways.
• Tableau certification preferred.
• DotNet experience is desired for current application maintenance.

• Knowledge of Jira, Workday, ServiceNow tools and related data elements.
• Knowledge of web applications development will be a plus.

Required Experience & Education :

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, IT or related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• 11 - 13 years of hands-on technical expertise in Tableau development utilizing multiple data sources, focused on SQL Server databases , and data analysis.
