Data Governance Consultant - Collibra

• Develop and implement data governance frameworks and policies.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and standards.
• Oversee data quality management processes to maintain high data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data management practices with business objectives.
• Design and manage data lifecycle processes, including data classification, retention, and disposal.
• Conduct regular assessments to identify and mitigate data-related risks.
• Provide training and support on data governance and management best practices.
• Utilize data management tools and platforms to enhance data governance capabilities.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics & Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in data governance, data management, or a related role.
• Expertise in using Collibra for data management, with knowledge on both front and backend functionalities is a must have.
• Proficiency in using SQL and Python to analyze data and find insights, trends & gaps.
• Strong understanding of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
