Job Description
- Understand the existing data governance structure and develop a governance charter and operating model
- Define roles and responsibilities across all levels of the data governance operating model
- Create a business glossary with definitions, term mappings, and relationship structures
- Set up and configure Collibra communities, domains, types, attributes, workflows, and statuses
- Identify and prioritize data domains based on business impact and ease of implementation
- Define governance roles within Collibra for managing communities and assets
- Recommend and implement metadata workflows for effective governance
- Engage with SMEs to extract and define key business terms and attributes
- Create templates to capture business term metadata and technical definitions
- Automate manual data demand processes using Collibra workflows
- Develop and visualize end-to-end data lineage within Collibra DGC
