• Redirect Undeliverable as Addressed mail reported by the USPS.
• Retrieve undeliverable mail through a PDF archival process.
• Research and analyze across multiple platforms and applications.
• Perform peer auditing.
• Proficient and accurate data entry.
• Actively participate in team meetings.
