Data Engineer – Spark + Scala (Cognizant Project)

• Develop and maintain data engineering solutions using Spark and Scala

• Design and implement scalable big data pipelines

• Work in a DevOps model for continuous integration and delivery

• Write and optimize SQL queries for data processing and analytics

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data integration

• Support data warehousing and ETL processes

• Mentor and guide junior team members

• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of data systems

• Work with AWS or other cloud platforms (preferred)
