Data Engineer

Job Description:

• Translate business requirements into queries and reporting
• Work with on-premises and cloud-hosted DBs
• Write automation scripts to extract and curate data
• Prepare data and perform Data Modeling
• Database systems, metadata management, automation, and machine learning
• Experience in writing efficient queries and performance optimization
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and solving business problems
• Perform automated and manual testing on deliverables
• Proficient in Python, Scala, Bash, and SQL
• Experience with database systems and metadata management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms
• Experience working on non-trivial business problems using ML
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Self-sufficient and able to lead when given the opportunity
