Data Engineer

Description

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in the job market context of India and a strong background in computer science, data analytics, and machine learning.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes
• Develop data models and schema designs
• Implement data quality checks and data governance processes
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop data-driven solutions
• Optimize data storage and retrieval for performance and scalability

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Strong programming skills in at least one language such as Python or Java
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra
• Familiarity with data modeling and schema design
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes
• Understanding of data governance and data quality best practices
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
