Summary:
This role supports data centers and ensures customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. The team works on challenging problems with numerous variables impacting the supply chain, seeking talented individuals to help maintain cloud operations.

Requirements:
- 1&ndash2 years of project management or operations planning experience.
- 1&ndash2 years of experience with physical network infrastructure deployment and troubleshooting.
- 1&ndash2 years of experience with network cabling (fiber optic & copper).
- High school or equivalent diploma as a minimum educational qualification.
- Minimum 12 months of relevant hands-on experience in data center operations, cabling infrastructure, or rack installation.
Required Skills:
- English language communication ability (written and verbal).
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and network cabling principles.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, displaying excellent time management skills and the ability to follow direction.
- Able to work at heights or use ladders for extended periods comfortable in data center physical environments.
- Strong attention to detail and consistently maintain high-quality standards.
- 2 years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.
- Can lift and rack equipment up to 40 pounds (approx. 18 kg).
Preferred Skills:
- Substantial background in large-scale data center network implementations and support.
- Knowledge of Copper and Fiber Optic testing methodologies and standards.
- Ability to read basic layout drawings, wiring diagrams, and data center floorplans.
- Industry standard certifications (CompTIA, Town & GUILDS Cabling cert or equivalent).
- Previous experience working in a Data Center environment (racking & stacking gear, cable management).
- Knowledge of server hardware and components including CPUs, memory, storage, and NICs.
- Experience with data center operations or equivalent hyperscale cloud infrastructure environment.
- Knowledge of Strider workflows and Mobility/Boost inventory management systems.
- Familiarity with MCM (Maintenance Change Management) processes and ticketing platforms.
- Experience coordinating with vendors, contractors, and multi-functional partner teams.
- Understanding of RSPC (Rack Space Power Cooling) processes and rack allocation workflows.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
