Key Responsibilities

• Work independently and act as SME for assigned systems and processes.
• Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to solution design.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve software and system-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes.
• Provide on-call support as part of rotational shift schedules.
