Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Use SQL to analyze, hypothesize, and solve complex business challenges while identifying and visualizing opportunities for growth.
• Work with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Looker and Superset to build dashboards and visual reports.
• Extract and report data using efficient database queries with a focus on cloud data platforms, pipeline automation, and scalable analytics solutions.
• Apply statistical modeling and prediction techniques to derive actionable insights that support decision-making.
• Demonstrate a strong research-oriented and problem-solving mindset with curiosity for uncovering data-driven insights.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation using tools such as Excel, Python, or R.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define key performance metrics and deliver meaningful insights.
• Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests using statistical methods to measure business impact.
• Present findings through clear, impactful data visualizations and presentations for diverse audiences.
• Maintain high data integrity and accuracy by following best practices in data governance, documentation, and process management.
