Job Title: D365 Functional Consultant

Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office)

Experience: 8+ Years

Shift: US & UK

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with strong expertise in gathering business requirements and implementing D365 solutions. The candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring modules and working closely with stakeholders to deliver business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE) modules
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications
  • Work closely with technical teams for solution implementation
  • Perform system testing, UAT support, and user training
  • Handle data migration and system configuration
  • Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE)
  • Good understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing modules
  • Experience in requirement gathering and documentation
  • Knowledge of business process mapping
  • Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Basic understanding of integrations and APIs
