Core Responsibilities:

- In your role within the Infosys consulting team, you will be instrumental in supporting various phases of projects, including problem identification, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, and both design and deployment.
- You will investigate alternative solutions to the proposed recommendations through comprehensive research, which encompasses literature reviews, publicly available information, and vendor evaluations.
- This role involves developing proof of concepts (POCs).
- You will translate business needs into requirement specifications, establishing future processes and detailed functional designs aligned with those requirements.
- Your responsibilities will include configuring solution requirements within products, diagnosing any issues that arise, seeking clarifications, and identifying and narrowing down solution alternatives.
- Additionally, you will engage in both unit-level and organization-wide initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to our clients.

Technical Qualifications:
- Experience with Copilot Studio, including custom agents, agentic workflows, orchestrators, connectors, and integrations.
- Proficient in designing Azure AI-powered solutions, such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Vector DB, Azure ML, and knowledge stores.
- Knowledgeable in recommending responsible AI frameworks, including architecture governance, data security, and compliance measures.
- Skilled in creating enterprise AI reference architectures for copilots, agent ecosystems, software development life cycle (SDLC) agents, and business workflows.
- Collaborate with business and IT leaders to pinpoint high-value AI opportunities and transform them into scalable solutions.
- Manage integration across the Microsoft ecosystem, including M365, Teams, Power Platform, Dynamics, and Azure.
- Review and validate multi-agent behaviors, tool invocation flows, reasoning patterns, and orchestrator configurations.
- Provide mentorship to delivery teams on AI best practices, including vectorization, retrieval design, prompt engineering, grounding, and evaluation methods.
Additional Duties:
- Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and enhance client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring pertinent data.
- Stay informed about the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Demonstrate logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, alongside effective collaboration skills.
- Evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose technological solutions.
- Possess knowledge in one or two industry domains.
