Role - Customer support , Voice process

Experience - Freshers

Location - Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Noida, Kolkata & Gurgaon

Notice Period - Immediate to 15 days

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.
  • Meet quality standards and productivity targets.
  • Follow company communication guidelines and policies.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction on every interaction.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts/night shifts (if applicable).
  • Patience and positive attitude while handling customers.
  • Fluency in English and regional language(s) preferred.
