Job Opportunity: Customer Support Specialist (Voice Process)

We are looking for dynamic and communication-driven individuals to join a leading global digital payments platform. This role is ideal for those who enjoy problem-solving and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via voice calls.

Assist users with account management, transaction inquiries, and secure payment processing.

Provide accurate information regarding digital payment services and e-commerce transactions.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently.

Candidate Requirements

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.

Ability to work in a rotational shift environment.

Previous experience in a voice process or international BPO is a plus.

Position Details

Process: International Voice Process

Salary: Up to 35,000 in-hand (depending on experience and interview performance)

Work Schedule: 5 days a week with any 2 rotational week-offs.

Transport: One-way cab facility provided for convenience.

Location: Mumbai
