Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
- Assist the Customers/Clients based in the USA to prepare the custom Tax Summary Report and share with our client and state tax authority
- Provide clear, accurate, and detailed information about products and services to customers.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Document and track customer interactions, issues, and resolutions within the companys CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide feedback for service improvement.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop procedures to capture workflow processes for identified responsibilities.
- Excel expertise would be required and should have use of Macros.
- You will reconcile complex transaction data of clients to prepare historical returns.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 6 years of experience in customer service or a similar role managing direct customer interactions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Comfortable working in 2 pm to 11 pm IST or 6 pm to 3 am IST shift.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining composure.
