Role & responsibilities

• Willing to work in night and rotation shift
• Accurately follow pre-defined business process

• Staying current with knowledge of products/processes and services offered by the client
• Ensure 100% adherence to schedule

Preferred candidate profile

• Must completed Graduation (Undergraduate, Postgraduates and BE/B.tech are not eligible)- Only 2022 to 2024 pass out candidates will be considered
• Must be able to type at 30 WPM with 95% accuracy (as per test results on typing software)
• Must have basic skills in usage of MS Word and MS Excel
• Must have strong interpersonal, excellent communication (write & speak) skills (comprehend and action written customer requests)
• With a desire to work in a Back-Office Operations environment
• Willingness to work in flexible shifts and night shift
• Willingness to work from office
