Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Travel Process (Voice)
Location: Bangalore (MSR Tower)
Salary: 28,000 – 30,000 CTC + Perks
Take Home: Up to 26,000
Job Summary:
We are hiring experienced candidates for a Travel Voice Process. The role involves handling customer queries related to travel services, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls related to travel queries ️
- Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, and modifications
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain quality standards and follow company processes
- Ensure excellent customer experience on every interaction
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or above
- Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO voice process (mandatory)
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge
Shift Details:
- Rotational shifts
- 2 rotational week-offs
