Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Travel Process (Voice)

Location: Bangalore (MSR Tower)

Salary: 28,000 – 30,000 CTC + Perks

Take Home: Up to 26,000

Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced candidates for a Travel Voice Process. The role involves handling customer queries related to travel services, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls related to travel queries ️
  • Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, and modifications
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
  • Maintain quality standards and follow company processes
  • Ensure excellent customer experience on every interaction

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass or above
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO voice process (mandatory)
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Basic computer knowledge

Shift Details:

  • Rotational shifts
  • 2 rotational week-offs
