Job Description

Responsibilities: International Voice process II Excellent English Communication

  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues from international clients via Calls and Chat.
  • Maintain professional and empathetic communication across different time zones and cultural contexts.
  • Provide accurate product, service & policy information.
  • Use CRM tools effectively.
  • Excellent communication, adaptability, and basic computer skills.
  • Candidates with Customer support or Sales experience.

Qualification: PUC (12th)/ Diploma (3years) / undergraduates / BE / B.Tech and graduates from any stream are eligible to apply.

Freshers & candidates with prior relevant (BPO/ sales) experience are eligible to apply.

Salary Range: 2.50LPA to 4LPA + Incentives
