Job Description
Accenture is looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer interactions for global clients. The role involves providing timely, accurate, and professional support through voice, chat, or email channels while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer queries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer issues related to products, services, billing, or technical support
- Provide accurate information by following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Document all customer interactions in CRM systems
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
- Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Adhere to company policies, data security, and compliance standards
- Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Graduate or Undergraduate (PUC + 3 years of education preferred for international process)
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1–5 years of customer support experience
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple applications
- Willingness to work in 24×7 shifts
