Urgent Hiring | International Banking Process | US BPO

Location: Mumbai – Malad & Thane

Experience: Minimum 1 Year (International BPO preferred)

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

CTC: Up to 4LPA + Incentives + Allowances

Role Overview:

Looking for skilled professionals to handle international banking customers for a US-based process. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, resolving banking-related queries, and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls/chats for international banking clients

• Resolve queries related to accounts, transactions & online banking

• Ensure compliance with process guidelines and quality standards

• Deliver excellent customer satisfaction and meet KPIs

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in International BPO

• Excellent English communication (mandatory)

• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working in night shifts
