Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally
- Maintain records of customer interactions using computer systems
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Provide updates to customers regarding shipments, deliveries, and service status
- Support billing, documentation, and other administrative tasks as required
- Communicate effectively in English and/or local language to enhance customer satisfaction
- Contribute to process improvements and service efficiency
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–2 years of experience in customer handling in logistics or as a CF Agent
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in computer operations
