Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Voice process and chat process
• Provide excellent customer service to clients across different time zones
• Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills

Eligibility

• Age limit: 18 to 42 years
• Excellent communication skills
• HSC/Graduate candidates with minimum 6 months international voice and chat experience in a BPO
• Ex-employees can also apply, subject to eligibility

Shift Requirements

• Candidates should be comfortable working rotational shifts (24*7)
