We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in customer service and a passion for helping customers. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and issues.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
