- Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Konica Minolta production printers.
- Installation of new machines and providing demos to customers.
- Maintaining required site kits to decrease machine downtime.
- Providing Key Operator Training to users.
- Managing service deliverables to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring maximum output in the most economical way and completing installations within the committed time frame.
- Driving service revenue growth through volume growth initiatives and inventory management.
- Preferably from a Production Printer background or related industry.
