Customer Support Engineer, Miri

• Deliver maintenance and operational assistance for hardware and networking systems.
• Offer continuous maintenance services at Hospital Miri, Sarawak, around the clock, every day of the week (including Primary and After-Hours Work).
• Guarantee the availability, functionality, and connectivity of all hardware and networks, ensuring they operate 24/7, even on holidays.
• Administer First Level Support and Second Level Support.
• Supply technical knowledge, guidance, recommendations, procedures, and relevant documentation as necessary for hospital operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related IT field.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in delivering maintenance and operational support for hardware and networks, ideally within a healthcare or comparable setting.
• Understanding of system capabilities and functionalities.
