Customer support engineer- Hyderabad- 1to2 years- 2to3 Lakhs PA

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the Customer IT department on the deployment and
• maintenance of Data network technologies.
• Installing, configuring, and maintenance of L2/L3 Network Switches. Attending to service requests through remote / onsite.
• Performing diagnostic tests and repairs, as well as developing data archiving, backup, and retrieval procedures.
• Documentation of the Site details /Performance certificates
• Develop Customer relationships
• AMC follow ups and closure
• Keeping in touch with the current trends

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engg, information technology, or similar.
• Ruckus/Cisco Certification / experience if available would be an additional bonus
• Experience 1- 2 years in – Data Network
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
