Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via voice and chat support
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Follow company guidelines and quality standards
Eligibility Criteria:
HSC / Graduate (Freshers only)
Good communication skills in English
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to work in rotational night shifts
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: 21,000 In-hand
5 Days Working
Rotational Shift (Any 9 hours between 5:30 PM – 9:30 AM)
