Customer Support

Essential Qualifications:

At least 2+ years of experience in providing international customer support.

Proven expertise in both International Voice Support and Chat/Messaging Support.

Familiarity with AI-driven tools, including AI copilots, chatbots, or other AI-based support solutions.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage customer inquiries across multiple channels.

Availability to work in a fully rotational shift schedule, including weekends.

Experience in sectors such as FinTech, Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, or Cryptocurrency is advantageous.

Location: Hyderabad (5-day workweek)
